The Gartner’s Magic Quadrant [1] positions vendors based on their “ability to execute” and their “completeness of vision”. According to the analyst firm, vendors are assessed on weighted criteria in these two categories, including product and service, overall viability, sales execution and pricing, market responsiveness and track record, operations, marketing understanding, offering strategy and business model.
