Global eProcure has been listed as one of the top five procurement outsourcing vendors in the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing. This industry-renown manual chronicling the key trends and players in outsourcing is published by the Brown-Wilson Group and has been referenced by leading experts in the outsourcing field.
To compile the listing of key procurement outsourcing vendors, the publishers sent out surveys to thousands of C-level executives and other professionals involved in making outsourcing decisions. Results assessing procurement outsourcing capabilities were focused on four key areas: strategic sourcing and supply chain management (Source-to-Pay); purchasing/buying services and transaction management; logistics and category management; and contract and spend management. Within these categories, survey respondents rated vendors on 18 categories ranging from trust and scalability to breadth of offerings and customer care.

Global eProcure’s position on the list emerged through ranking the fifty highest among 4,207 global outsourcing suppliers of various service lines and locations, based on the collective client experience of 24,910 user respondents.1,690 suppliers from 45 countries, who received at least ten verifiable client ballots, were qualified for the 2008 Black Book 50. Vendors could not influence or opt out of the balloting process.
