Specialty chemicals group LANXESS India Private Limited has won the “Best Stall Award” at Asia’s largest Rubber Expo 2009 held at Kolkata from January 28 to 31 2009.
At the exposition, LANXESS demonstrated its innovative products, legacy, strengths and successes, and reinforced confidence amongst visitors to associate with LANXESS as a partner of choice. The exhibition stall depicted the company’s focus on customers and its ability to keep pace with the changing times.
LANXESS stall won the best stall award in the raw space category above 50 sqm. At the expo, all the stalls were judged by Mr. S.K. Ghosh from Capexil, a non-profit making organization set up by India’s Ministry of Commerce to promote export of Chemical and Allied Products from India, and Mr. T.K. Chaki from IIT Kharagpur.
On this occasion Dr. Joerg Strassburger, Managing Director and Country Representative of LANXESS India Private Limited said: "The exhibition was a great success for LANXESS through abundant interactions with existing and prospective customers. The award is considered to be extremely valuable. We are delighted with the award as it is a recognition of our work and our increased commitment towards the chemical industry”.
