Sun Biomedical Laboratories Inc. (SBL) was recently nominated for the Zloty OTIS Prize, awarded by Polish consumers to their most trusted pharmaceutical products. The company’s popular OraLine® Saliva Drug Screen device is the product being nominated. OraLine is used to test the presence of drug abuse on the spot and get accurate results within ten minutes.
The “Zloty OTIS” or Gold Otis prizes are awarded for products that have the greatest trust among Polish consumers. The award has been active since 2004. Hundreds of products representing thirty-eight therapeutic categories from almost one hundred pharmaceutical companies take part in the contest. Zloty OTIS administrators require that the “Confidence Prize” fulfills three functions: educational, social and consumer.
