Shane Bull, a Triangle commercial real estate advisor and broker with Richards Commercial Properties, has announced his appointment to the 2009 Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS (TCAR) Board of Directors. Bull, who recently completed the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), will serve on the TCAR Board for three years.
According to its website, TCAR is one of 1,800 local boards and associations of REALTORS nationwide that comprise the National Association of REALTORS. The Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS is the second largest commercial overlay board in North Carolina with 600 members. The Association was established in 1995 and serves a 14 county area, including the Triangle area, for real estate practitioners, appraisers, property managers, and other professionals allied with the real estate industry.
Bull most recently served on the organization’s Technology Committee. He said that TCAR’s showcase events, continuing education classes for commercial realtors, and opportunities to network with other professionals in the commercial real estate profession attracted him to the organization.
“Membership in TCAR and networking with other brokers help increase my clients’ exposure through landlord representation or discovering additional space opportunities for my clients in the real estate community,” says Bull. “TCAR also provides many programs and services, which enhance my ability to provide top-notch service to my clients. I’m inspired by the enthusiasm and energy I’ve experienced with my fellow TCAR members and look forward to an exciting and productive term.”
Joining Bull on the 2009 TCAR Board (tcar.com) are Kyle Greer of NAI Carolantic Realty, Julius Reid of SunTrust Bank, Kerry Saunders of NAI Carolantic Realty, and Henry Ward of York Properties, Inc.
