Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation and NewAgeÒ Industries/AdvantaPure are pleased to announce that their dispute over two patents for tubing and connector technology has been resolved. NewAge Industries/AdvantaPure and Saint-Gobain have agreed to enter into a licensing agreement which allows NewAge to continue to manufacture manifolds to service its customers and expand market share without limitation or interruption, while eliminating any prior issues of infringement.
Saint-Gobain’s technology at issue covers tubing and connector assembly. The patents at issue are U.S. Patent Numbers 7,093,859 and 6,290,265.
