St. Louis, MO, United States, 2008/10/25 - The law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman has announced that two new associates have joined the firm, specializing in different practice areas. The attorneys are Antonia M. Ponder and Michael G. Temporiti.

Antonia M. Ponder practices in the firm’s Business Law & Services Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities and related matters. She has advised clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and general business contracts. Ms. Ponder also has represented clients in real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, sale, and leasing of retail, office, and other commercial properties.
Ms. Ponder served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Wolff of the Missouri Supreme Court and as a staff attorney for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is licensed in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Ponder is former president of Altrusa International of St. Louis and current co-chair of that nonprofit organization’s Finance & Development Committee. Recently, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Good Shepherd Children & Family Services, a Catholic Charities Federation agency. Ms. Ponder earned a J.D. degree Cum Laude from Saint Louis University School of Law, and a B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from Saint Louis University.
Michael G. Temporiti concentrates his practice in the areas of Governmental Law and Relations and General Litigation. Previously, Mr. Temporiti worked in the City of Kettering (Ohio) Prosecutor's Office prosecuting cases. He also gained extensive experience in worker's compensation and personal injury litigation working in a private firm in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Temporiti is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He earned a J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, Dayton, Ohio, and a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
