The company will demonstrate the benefits of combining quantitative and qualitative user-behaviour surveys based on its innovative proprietary tools, so as to measure and improve the performance of websites. YUSEO will hold a conference on its stand (Booth 214) on 29 October at 11am.
During the E-Commerce show, YUSEO will be presenting examples of various projects mixing quantitative and qualitative user surveys. More specifically, there will be a focus on Web-Behave – a proprietary tool that facilitates online remote user-behavioural quantitative tests, and which requires no prior technical developments on the tested website.
Given the operational limitations of most of the traditional methods used in interface ergonomics (i.e. usability tests and eye-tracking) – mostly relating to the sample size of users involved failing to allow the prioritisation of problems – YUSEO began, in 2005, offering user-behaviour study tools that combine quantitative and qualitative approaches, in order to assess true website performance and deliver reliable, objective and lasting measurements.
YUSEO gathers all the relevant information relating to user experience, and is thus able to provide a detailed snapshot of a website's performance, based on the capture and analysis of all participants' interactions, so as to understand their true behaviour.
Using data collected from more than 35,000 users throughout different projects (both BtoC and BtoB), YUSEO has developed expertise in understanding behavioural patterns and leverages in order to optimise internet performance in accordance with its clients’ internet strategy.
YUSEO helps its clients to tackle topics such as the appropriate way to handle the issues raised by the web in terms of return on investment (ROI) and customer satisfaction; how to devise efficient dashboards to steer website performance based on reliable behavioural data and highlight the right indicators; and which analytical keys should be used when confronted with the sheer magnitude of information available through web analysis.
YUSEO aims to increase awareness of the usability of interactive systems by offering an entertaining approach to the subject, which draws a parallel between the world of web strategy and that of games. Web investments often turn out to be more hazardous than they seem, particularly because they are based on monitoring data that is sometimes insufficient and / or too complex to analyse efficiently with respect to the channel’s interactive characteristics. YUSEO has a simple message: “Bet on reliable performance metrics and customer satisfaction.”
