Calendar, contact and task information from other users and public folders are synchronized automatically to the devices. Add2Exchange synchronizes public folders to the private mailboxes, so the BES can wirelessly synchronize a consolidated view of both folders to the mobile device. Installed only on an Exchange Server or a utility server, Add2Exchange does not require any software changes on the device or the individual workstation. Once installed, the solution works transparently behind the scenes. No end user training is needed --the users simply create and edit items as they normally would in Outlook and replication occurs based on the rules of the relationship. If a user does not want something to replicate, the user should mark the item "Private" and set the relationship not to copy private items.
