CME was established to help global corporations to build leaders from inside their organizations by offering leadership programs with a well-rounded educational based curriculum that will increase personal effectiveness and expand capacity for change, growth and leadership. The CME has announced that the start date for the one-year program will be held October 2, 2008 at the Cooper Conference Center, located at 12230 Preston Road in Dallas, Texas.
The Color Me Excellent Leadership and Professional Development program for men of color is an intensive, tuition-based leadership training five-module program. Each program will consist of the modules, one-on-one and group coaching, and tele-classes. Each class will consist of 22 participants who, through the module training, will learn Personal Empowerment, Financial Skills, Business Skills, Career Strategies, and Leadership by Design. The cost of the program is $16,500, which includes tuition, hotel accommodations, meals, assessments, conference fees and materials.
