The AnswerNet Network, the world’s largest telemessaging firm and a full service provider of inbound, outbound and e-bound outsourced contact center services across the United States and Canada, celebrates ten years in the teleservices industry on July 26.
While AnswerNet traces its roots back to 1929 due to its history of acquiring companies, its independent operations began in 1998 in Princeton, New Jersey.
To celebrate and commemorate this occasion, a virtual party will be held across North America by providing each of AnswerNet’s 50-plus offices with cakes from longtime client Coffeecakes.com/.
“This celebration is possible because of the efforts of so many great people, from those who have been with us from the beginning to those who have recently become part of the AnswerNet family,” says President and CEO Gary A. Pudles. “As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, their remarkable talents and abilities are our driving force. Also, we thank our customers for recognizing AnswerNet’s ability to help them grow their business.”
