Kerio Technologies Inc., a leading global provider of Internet security and messaging solutions for small to medium sized businesses, has announced its appointment of Alan Hughes as Managing Director of UK and Ireland. Josef Zacharias, the previous Managing Director for the region will return to his native Czech Republic to lead Western European Sales for the company.

Mr Hughes has been involved with Kerio for several years. He has extensive experience of financial and business consultancy in the technology industry.

As Managing Director, Mr Hughes will oversee the day-to-day running of the business, as well as managing the company’s finances.
