WhoDoes 2.0 Introduces new instruments that makes managing of the projects activities and the sharing of information within the team even easier, a new graphical user interface more intuitive making it more usable and a new approach more collaborative to facilitate team work.
The new version of WhoDoes enables you to plan projects in just a few minutes thanks to the introduction of Fast Planning, a new interface ideally making planning of activities easier.
The new WhoDoes 2.0 graphical interface allows you to simply manage the activities that need to be done, quickly assign tasks to team members, define due-dates, set priorities and always keeping the project’s progress under control.
Utilizing the diverse integrated instruments in a unique online application, allowing you to collaborate and communicate easily with all team members, working in the same of office or distributed around the world.
Onside the new Repository it is now possible to archive and share not only project documents but all the communication done relative to the project that is normally sent via email. Thanks to the new functionality Project E-mail it will be possible to centralize within a unique shared archive all the information contained in the e-mail, allowing the whole team to remain completely updated with the communication relative to the project.
WhoDoes 2.0 introduces a new extended teamwork concept that will allow you to invite all the users that form part of the WhoDoes Network to participate to the projects, it will actually be possible to invite all the people that use WhoDoes and have chosen themselves to be visible within the Network. It will be even easier to assign projects to resources of the company: all the users with the same company email domain address can be assigned directly without having to follow the invite procedure.

The subscription plan Basic Management contains the new instrument “Fast Planning” the Basic communication provides the new functionality “Project E-mail” and in the Plus, Premium and Gold versions, both new features are included, a number of projects manageable at the same time is increased and disc space that can contain more files.
