From 1 February 2008 the Diapharm group of companies will operate under a new structure, with Diapharm International GmbH handling all the pharmaceutical service provider’s central customer management services. The specialist regulatory consultancy companies, Dr. Stefan Sandner GmbH in Münster and Dr. Kolkmann & Partner GmbH in Oldenburg, are merging to form Diapharm Regulatory Services GmbH. Both companies will keep their own premises. Starting in February, the group’s companies in Oldenburg and Lübeck specializing in clinical & user testing, biotechnology and analysis will also be trading under the single name Diapharm.
“We are changing to this more centralized corporate structure in response to our customers’ needs: areas of expertise are arranged more clearly and lines of communication are more transparent”, explains Dr. Stefan Sandner, Managing Director of Diapharm International GmbH. The core of the group is the specialist agency diapharm® which was founded in 1988. In 2007 the DiapharmGruppe companies achieved sales of more than 10 million euros.
Advice and service for medicinal and health products
Diapharm assists companies in the medicinal and health-product industries with all regulatory, medical and pharmaceutical matters relating to medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, biocides and cosmetics. In addition to the headquarters, Diapharm International GmbH, Diapharm also consists of Diapharm Clinical Management GmbH in Oldenburg (formerly Beate Beime & Team), Diapharm Biotech GmbH in Lübeck (formerly Dr. Middeler et al. GmbH), Diapharm Analytics GmbH in Oldenburg (formerly Zentralinstitut Arzneimittelforschung GmbH) and Diapharm Regulatory Services GmbH (formerly Dr. Stefan Sandner GmbH and Dr. Kolkmann & Partner GmbH) in Oldenburg and Münster.
Dr. Ebeling & Assoc. GmbH in Hamburg and Hälsa Pharma GmbH in Lübeck will continue to be partners of Diapharm. The group is represented Europe-wide, with partners in France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
