The Charlotte-based corporation determined the need for securing a partner who could provide engineering expertise and 100% uptime on a fully managed enterprise infrastructure to support the remote processing of rehabilitation reports and documentation via a web interface was crucial to the continued success of the company. American Rehabilitation Inc. is receiving Hi-Touch managed dedicated servers, managed firewall, Windows licensing, OS management, database administration services, backups, and network connectivity, which are monitored and maintained by Hosted Solutions at its Charlotte Data Center facility. In providing all of the services, American Rehabilitation is entrusting Hosted Solutions to manage their entire application infrastructure and core Operating System.
