More than 150 REALTORS® and friends joined Tim Rash to celebrate the achievements and success of Century 21 Properties Plus on its 10th year anniversary, June 27, 2007.
"I never founded this company to be the biggest organization in town. I simply wanted to provide local residents with a higher caliber of real estate company. I've always believed that our customers deserve, and will receive, the finest service ever offered by any real estate organization," said Rash, Founder/Owner of Century 21 Properties Plus.
It's is a simple philosophy, but one that truly epitomizes the essence of the company: Give the consumer more.
In 1997, Tim Rash bought a fledgling, failing Century 21 and founded Century 21 Properties Plus in order to provide Charleston home buyers and sellers alike with a company they could count on for a higher level of service and professionalism.
“Back then, I started with eight agents in one small Mt. Pleasant office,” said Rash, whose company, Century 21 Properties Plus is now and has been since 2000, the #1 Century 21® System company in the entire Charleston Metro Area as well as #5 in entire Carolinas region.
In 10 short years, Rash created a powerful, full service real estate organization with 160 agents working out of four offices throughout the region. In addition to its outstanding residential real estate division, Century 21 Properties Plus offers professional mortgage, commercial and property management services.

Pleasant office on the Isle of Palms Connector. Whalen started as a new agent with Century 21 Properties Plus in 1999, before becoming a Top Producer, and then BIC.
