Akron, OH, United States, 2026/09/10 - Ezurio, a global leader in connectivity and embedded compute technology, celebrated the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Akron, Ohio with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked far more than a change of address - Ezurio.com.

The event begins a significant new chapter for the company as it continues to grow its global footprint, expanding its portfolio through acquisition, and building a modern, vibrant workplace to match its ambitions.
Ezurio’s growth has accelerated quickly, driven by a combination of organic innovation and strategic acquisitions that continue to expand its technology portfolio and its reach into new markets. That growth spans the globe, serving customers worldwide but the company is built and led from the United States, where its engineering talent, expanding manufacturing base, and now its headquarters continue to grow alongside it.
The move is a statement of confidence in Akron as a hub for technology and innovation. Greater Akron has played a massive, hidden role in the story of wireless technology. Commercial Wi-Fi hardware was actually born and scaled here, taking Wi-Fi from an experimental lab concept to a commercial reality the world relies on today. For Ezurio, setting up headquarters here means building the next generation of connected technology in a region with deep roots in the industry it helped create.
“This is more than moving into a new building it’s a statement about where we see our future,” said Mark Pugerude, CEO of Ezurio. “We’re growing fast through the technology we build, the companies we bring into the Ezurio family, and the customers we serve around the world. Jobs and manufacturing here in the U.S. remain central to that growth, and Akron is a big part of that story. This headquarters gives us a home built for what’s next.”
The new headquarters serves as a hub for Ezurio’s engineering, marketing, and customer support teams, and the company plans to welcome partners, customers, and friends of Ezurio to the space in the weeks ahead. It’s one more milestone in a growth story that shows no signs of slowing more products, more acquisitions, and more jobs still to come.
