The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA)®, a leading national retirement services company, announced that Jeff Schreiber has returned to TRA as Vice President of National Sales & Distribution. He will report to Matt Schoneman, President of TRA. Schreiber’s return reflects TRA’s continued investment in expanding its national distribution capabilities, strengthening advisor and recordkeeper partnerships, and creating additional growth opportunities across the retirement plan market.
In this role, Schreiber will lead TRA’s national sales organization and distribution strategy, with responsibility for developing the sales team, strengthening relationships with financial advisors and recordkeeping partners, and expanding strategic partnerships. He will also help TRA identify new opportunities to bring its retirement plan consulting, administration and fiduciary capabilities to advisors and plan sponsors nationwide.

Schreiber brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in retirement consulting, financial planning and fiduciary services. Most recently, he served as President of Opus Capital Management, leading client strategy and supporting the firm’s advisor and plan sponsor platforms. Before Opus, Schreiber held senior distribution and business development roles with MassMutual, Principal Financial Group and Fidelity Investments, strengthening advisor relationships and expanding retirement plan market reach.
Schreiber previously served at TRA from 2018 to 2023, initially as Director of Sales and later as Vice President of Distribution. During his previous tenure, he helped lead TRA’s national distribution strategy, expand advisor relationships and drive business development across the organization.

Schreiber earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designations.
