In this capacity, Chugh will be responsible for leading the efforts of the Innovation Technology Group (ITG). ITG provides design and architectural services, drives the process initiatives and metrics program, and serves as GlobalLogic’s breeding ground for talent and technology.
Chugh joins GlobalLogic from Bay Packets, where he ran product engineering. He will be based out of GlobalLogic’s Noida, India center. “Sushil brings a unique combination of relevant experience to the table,” said Stuart Donovan, Chief Technology Officer of GlobalLogic. “He has more than two decades of success in all aspects of software product delivery, both in the US and in India. His blend of experience in both product and service organizations will be a strong asset to GlobalLogic. Sushil will work closely with the marketing, sales, delivery teams and internal departments to take ITG to the next level in GlobalLogic’s mission to bring great product to market faster.”
