For organizations, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing business structures and customized to meet specific needs - supporting functions such as organization setup, multi-user license management, and other administrative tasks including location and farmer portfolio management.
A standout feature of xarvio FIELD MANAGER For AgBusiness is its unique Scouting Trips function. It allows farm advisors to prioritize scouting trips based on current risk assessments, ensuring they focus on fields and field areas that need attention. Using GPS coordinates, farm advisors can conveniently navigate to specific field locations, easily document observations, add detailed notes (even offline), and save this information. Reports can then be generated and shared with colleagues, farm managers, or clients via e-mail, helping to streamline workflows, improve decision-making and record keeping. During early product trials, farm advisors reported more consistent scouting documentation, which improved efficiency and confirmed the platform’s capability to transform multi-farm management.

xarvio FIELD MANAGER For AgBusiness will be available in Argentina and Brazil from late 2025, following its launch earlier this year in Canada and the USA. Offering a cost-effective solution tailored to specific farm management needs, it supports the cultivation of major crops in these markets.
Accessible on desktop, tablet, and smartphones, farm advisors using xarvio FIELD MANAGER For AgBusiness will also receive comprehensive training and dedicated support from the teams at xarvio Digital Farming Solutions and BASF Agricultural Solutions.
BASF Digital Farming has tested the product in France and Germany and expects to launch it commercially in these markets from 2026.
