The new GWN7700MP provides high-speed Gigabit connectivity up to 2.5Gbps to home offices and small/medium businesses. It requires no configuration, includes 1 SFP+ port with up to 10-Gigabit connectivity, features a desktop and wall-mountable design, and provides auto MDI/MDIX to eliminate the need for crossover cables.
The GWN7700MP joins the GWN7700M Series of unmanaged 2.5G multi-gigabit network switch, which also includes the GWN7700M and GWN7701M. The GWN7700MP is the only GWN7700M Series model that provides PoE/PoE+ output ports (4 ports). The GWN7700MP provides 5x 2.5G Gigabit RJ45 ports, including 4 ports that offer PoE/PoE+ output, and supports up to 45Gbps switching capacity. The GWN7700M includes 5x 2.5 Gigabit RJ45 ports and supports up to 45Gbps switching capacity, while the GWN7701M which includes 8x 2.5 Gigabit RJ45 ports and supports up to 60Gbps switching capacity. All three models also include 1 SFP+ port.
All ports on each GWN7700M Series model supports auto-negotiation to allow them to recognize the link speed of any 100/1000/2500Mbps network device and intelligently adjust for compatibility and optimal performance. These plug-and-play devices are the ideal unmanaged network switches for home offices and small-to-medium businesses that require high-speed, multi-Gigabit connectivity.
