Purification Solutions, LLC (operating under the brand name nano purification solutions) (n-psi.comis a privately owned US-based company. In 2019 they had revenues of MUSD 26 (MSEK 242).
The company focuses on the design, production and sales of air treatment and on-site nitrogen generation equipment. They are headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company has 60 employees operating in Europe and the United States.
“nano purification solutions is a respected company and well-known brand in the air treatment and nitrogen generation market”, said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique. “The company’s expertise and product portfolio will increase our market share and accelerate our business development in North America, Europe and other strategic markets.”
The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed.
The company will become part of the Industrial Air division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
