Yardi® has been named ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s highest level of recognition. The award recognizes companies demonstrating superior leadership, innovation and commitment to environmental protection through energy efficiency and ENERGY STAR.
The award acknowledges energy-related initiatives that Yardi’s technology solutions and philanthropic efforts enabled across a variety of real estate sectors in 2018, including:

An EPA statement commended Yardi and recipients of other ENERGY STAR awards for enhancing America’s economic competitiveness, improving air quality and public health by reducing energy waste, and protecting the environment. Past ENERGY STAR Partners of the Year include major companies and institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Northwestern University and HP Inc.
Yardi will receive the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award at a ceremony in Washington, D.C., on April 11.
