The new GQ Discover Result Browser’s intuitive user interface is easier for searchers to learn and use, improving their efficiency and ability to collaborate with other stakeholders via result sharing, Microsoft Excel or Word. The browser’s enhanced clustering, summary views and interactive analysis features streamline analysis of sequence search results.

In addition to the browser, GenomeQuest is introducing an optional add-on, the Sequence Variation Discovery Module, to its search tools. Previous tools did not have the functionality to detect position-specific variations and constant regions. The new module offers that functionality with specialized filters and variation landscape reports that pinpoint specific variants. These unique capabilities help accelerate the discovery process for researchers, and provide precision and specificity to IP and search professionals.
