ALM today announced the relaunch of ALM’s real estate media offering, GlobeSt.com, as a part of the next phase in ALM’s digital transformation journey.
In addition to improving the reader experience, GlobeSt.com has increased the depth and breadth of original content in the real estate industry to have more information and quality content available for readers including increasing from 17 markets to 35. New sections have been added to the website including a “Best Practices” channel which covers the business of real estate and a dedicated CRE Technology section.
“The overhaul of GlobeSt.com’s digital presence is yet another step in ALM’s digital transformation,” said Jay Kirsch, President of Media at ALM. “By leveraging a common CMS for all media properties, we continue to reduce technical debt so we can commit greater resources toward innovation. At the same time, we are doubling our daily output of original reporting to cover unique deals and players at a deeper level. The combination of technology and coverage creates a richer user experience and a more engaged audience for marketers.”
ALM also unveiled the industry’s first engagement marketing solution called Fusion and several new and innovative ways to reach the real estate community including custom podcasts, high-impact mobile units, social amplification and cross-platform opportunities with the company’s events.
“Fusion is designed to help our advertising clients build their brand affinity, engage clients through content and influence the buying cycle through tight alignment of their brands and messaging with our trusted content,” said Scott Thompson, Vice President of ALM’s Real Estate Division, Events. “Through the alignment and influence of our trusted brands, GlobeSt.com boasts the most comprehensive marketing solutions programs in the CRE industry.”
