Real estate firm DRA Advisors LLC will use products from the Yardi® Commercial Suite and the Yardi® Investment Suite to gain visibility from lease to property to fund to investor while streamlining information-sharing with investors and tenants.
The New York City-based real estate investment advisor, manager and general partner will first implement Yardi Voyager® as the property management and accounting platform for the retail assets of Inland Real Estate Corporation, which DRA acquired.
With Yardi® Investment Management, DRA will realize a single connected solution that will automate much of its investment management lifecycle.
Yardi Orion® Business Intelligence and Yardi® InvestorPlus will give DRA’s asset managers and portfolio managers enhanced business-wide insight along with real-time tracking and aggregation of investor and investment information.
DRA’s tenants will have the convenience of submitting payments, sales information and other information online with COMMERCIALCafe™. Another product, Yardi® Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, will significantly streamline DRA’s property budgeting and forecasting.

The integrated system’s dashboards and other visualization tools will help us focus on both the forest and the trees in our efforts to satisfy investors.
