The Artisan Food Inc. has been started by young Armenian entrepreneurs seeking to reinvent the indigenous recipes of homemade products and deliver it to the international market. The philosophy of the company is to introduce products that are really a blend of the ancient and the modern, made in the best of artisan traditions, using local ingredients combined with modern technology and packaging.
The natural products delivered by The Artisan Food Inc. are from Armenia, an ancient land with rich traditions. Armenia's unique alpine climate with its varied micro-climates, soil zones (1800 meters, about 5900 feet above sea level) and 230-days sunshine of per year produces a wide variety of natural fruits and vegetables with a luscious taste that is special.
Fruit growing tradition:
The fruits used for The Artisan Food Inc. products are grown in the best of artisan traditions on family owned farms. Armenian farmers grow fruits and vegetables naturally without widely using chemicals. Everybody in the family participates in growing and harvesting of fruits. The family celebrates the beginning of the fruit growing season and the harvest. Right after harvest the grandmas preserve fresh fruits and vegetables for the winter. Each family uses its own recipe that was from their elders. It is a tradition to taste the preserves of the host when you are a guest and to compare and appreciate the taste. Our Company is about the artisans' labor of love in growing natural fruits and making delicious products.

The Artisan Food Inc. (TheArtisanFood.com) delivers Noyan natural juices and preserves. All products are made of natural ingredients, are free of artificial additives and preservatives. Each fruit used for the production is processed individually, by hand. And, merely the finest fruits are selected for our product. The pomegranate, apricot, peach, and blackcurrant are exclusively fruit juice produced by cold squeezing technology. The varieties also include plum, cornel, and sour cherry juices. Preserves of apricot, peach, melon, young eggplant, raspberry, blackberry, white grape, rose petal and quince include whole fruits and berries.
