SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built ERP software, today announced that Club Assist, a world leader in roadside assistance and support services, has chosen SYSPRO to support its global business growth.
Club Assist (clubassist.com) partners with trusted motoring organizations worldwide, improving member experiences through the provision of automotive battery supply and roadside replacement, automotive glass repair and replacement, and other member services.
Club Assist has increased in size since its beginnings and needed a system to support this growth. After an extensive search, they were confident that functionality of SYSPRO’s Azure Cloud solution, Espresso mobile solution and customer focused ethos offered a compelling solution to their rapidly growing company.
Initially Club Assist selected 9 other ERP vendors to respond to their RFI. Club Assist indicated that SYSPRO secured success by demonstrating a willingness to listen, an ability to offer problem solving solutions and a companywide can-do attitude. The project is to be rolled out in 6 countries (to deliver services to 22 countries) across 3 continents over the coming months.
“We chose SYSPRO as our ERP provider because it is scalable, reliable and easy to use,” said Owen Gilbert Club Assist CIO “I am very excited about this project. SYSPRO has been very professional and has also been focussed at solving and satisfying Club Assist’s business needs, rather than simply selling a system. I look forward to working with SYSPRO to deliver a system that will greatly benefit our organization”
“I am pleased to welcome Club Assist as another global customer of SYSPRO” said Shaun Butler, Asia Pacific CEO at SYSPRO. “Both organizations share a successful long pedigree in our respective fields and have a common focus of customer success and quality of service at our core”. By embracing SYSPRO’s mobile technology across the world, Club Assist will see improved accuracy, faster response times and cost savings through the entire supply chain.”
