The cybersecurity operation center of Thales located in Huizen Netherlands, that detects and deals with security incidents around the clock, 24/7, and 365 days a year wherever they may arise, has been awarded ISO 27001:2013 and NEN 7510:2011 certificates by the accreditation provider Lloyds LRQA. These certificates confirm that both the Thales Cyber-Security Operations Centre (CSOC) and the associated cybersecurity services meet the highest standard in information security. They also underline Thales’s position as trusted partner in security monitoring services, especially in critical environments such as the Defense Industry or the Healthcare sector.
In obtaining both certificates Thales demonstrates having identified the possible risks in the area of information security and taking the appropriate measures whenever necessary.

About ISO 27001
ISO 27001 describes the standards and measurements for an adequate level of information security.
About NEN 7510
NEN 7510 standard has added specific additional focus points, e.g. in the area of privacy protection. An amended version was drafted for the health care sector in the Netherlands, where the need for data security is exceptionally high.
The ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certificates are an extra addition to our current defence standards.
