Lithan, a Continuing Education and Training (CET) provider for Tech professionals, invests S$10 million to transform its business in alignment with the national SkillsFuture movement and the recently announced Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector transformation plan.
The transformation journey, which started 18 months ago, is now in its halfway mark with the launch of CLaaS. CLaaS, which stand for Competency Learning as a Service, is an on-demand learning and mentoring platform that support tech and digital skills acceleration via competency-based curriculum, work-integrated applied learning and blended learning delivery. It delivers non-invasive, online to offline blended learning to individuals and employers anytime anywhere over the cloud on demand.
