South Carolina-based Phillips Staffing has promoted Debbie Bright to Senior Recruiter in its corporate office, effective immediately. Phillips Staffing is one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers.
A native of Windermere, Florida, Mrs. Bright joined Phillips in 2015 as an Assistant Recruiter in its Greater Greenville branch where her duties included industrial recruiting, candidate interviewing and oversight of all aspects of the branch’s new hire orientation process. Prior to joining Phillips, she worked for CAV International, an airfield services and logistics government outsourcing contractor which provides technical and labor services in support of the U.S. Department of Defense. While at CAV International, Mrs. Bright assisted in providing critical support to Operation New Dawn and Operation Freedom. She also has previously worked for TaylorMade-Adidas in the company’s Global Product Marketing department.
As a Senior Recruiter, Mrs. Bright will work with both new and existing clients to provide human capital solutions that lead to increased growth and success. She will focus her time identifying professional talent to support primarily light industrial, logistics, distribution, healthcare and engineering roles in organizations across the Southeast.
