While “unified communication” may mean different things to different people, Fonality sees the term as a challenge to streamline all aspects of enterprise communication and enhance collaboration. Fonality’s Intellinote integration provides the latest example. Intellinote adds flexible, virtual spaces where individuals and teams can manage projects, tasks, and related documents.
Intellinote launches from the convenience of Heads Up Display™ (HUD), a single browser window where users can call, see who’s available, audio and video conference, chat, and more.

The virtual workspaces that make Intellinote the perfect collaboration tool can be accessed quickly and easily from HUD Web. Intellinote offers individuals and teams of all sizes the tools needed to tackle any project, including:
• Project Management Plan and manage critical projects and keep everyone accountable to ensure an on-time delivery of the finished product.
• Digital Documentation Capture and document all the items your team needs, including notes, forms, reports, pictures, emails, and more.
• Task Tracking Create and manage tasks for yourself or your team. Users can assign tasks, add due dates, comment, monitor, and track progress.
Bringing these features into the HUD ecosystem is powerful stuff. One beta customer planned to add a separate collaboration vendor until they heard about Intellinote. They jumped at the chance to make collaboration part of their UC experience instead. Customers looking to do the same can add Intellinote to their Fonality system for just $10 per user, per month.
More than just an affordable add-on, the addition of Intellinote underscores how the HUD platform works with the other business applications customers count on. In fact, this is the sixth new or upgraded feature Fonality has introduced for HUD in just the last six months.
