Today, Erica Ziegler-Roberts, President of Frizzy's Ltd, announced beta testing of their new Social Marketing Fundraising site is complete and that the site is now readily available to the general public.
The site, Treestamp.com, is a crowd funding site that helps non-profits, youth sports teams, churches, social justice initiatives, and other positive causes build a network of active social media users who, through the site, sign a free electronic pledge to the cause promising to publicly show support for the cause; and at least view or watch a sponsors video or still image advertisement. The number of friends/followers a person has on a connected social media network is added to a fundraiser's accrued Treestamp value when they pledge their free support. This number tells a potential sponsor how many people could potentially see their advertisement through page shares, re-posts, etc.
"There is no cost to the fundraiser; and the really great thing is their fundraiser runs indefinitely allowing them to receive steady cash flow throughout the year," Erica Ziegler-Roberts explained during the site's beta site kick-off meeting on December 1st of last year. "And the sponsors are getting a lot more than just a logo or link on a 'Our Sponsors' page that no one ever really goes to."
The site approved 6 fundraisers during the beta testing period, all of which will continue to be available to the public; including their very first, the 'Cincinnati Reds RBI U12 Girls Softball Team' fundraiser.
Treestamp.com is available for immediate use at reestamp.com. Initial fundraisers have already begun accepting free pledges with 'Homeless United Red T-shirt Campaign' fundraiser being the top supported fundraiser at the time of this press release; with a value of over 33,000 Treestamps.
