Halogen recognized with two top employer awards

Halogen named a 2016 Leadership Excellence Award winner
Halogen was also named a winner of two 2016 Leadership Excellence Awards in recognition of its innovative leadership development program, which focuses on the ongoing development of the company's current and future leaders. Halogen was ranked in the top 10 in the Best Mentoring Program category and top 25 in the Best Global/International Leadership Program category.
Halogen's leadership development program targets individual contributors identified as emerging leaders in the organization, as well as frontline managers, directors and executives. The program is designed to nurture great leaders throughout the entire organization by enhancing critical skills that are important to Halogen’s success as a company, such as inspirational leadership, business-based decision making, and how to support a culture of ongoing coaching and feedback.
The 2016 award recipients were named for outstanding achievements in leadership development programs at the LEAD2016 annual conference held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee on February 4th.
