Well known in the community banking market for the depth of its customer relationships, Emprise Bank (emprisebank.com) was looking for a technology partner who could meet the bank’s high support and client service expectations. Evaluating FIS’ capabilities, bank leaders were impressed by the level of executive engagement, the insight and experience of FIS’ team as well as the quality and innovative functionality of its core solution, including its wider integration and cleaner data management, which creates efficiencies between systems.
Increased efficiency was of particular interest to the bank.
