PRZOOM - /newswire/ - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 2007/03/21 - Novell India has announced that its Global Support and Services organization in Mumbai has achieved certification under the prestigious Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Support Standard - [Nasdaq: NOVL].

Novell’s US facilities first gained the certification in 2005 and was the only Linux distributor to have achieved this level of global capability. The Mumbai centre achieved the certification after an extensive audit of support capabilities. The implementation of the Quality System is yet another step in the growth of the centre in supporting Novell’s global clients. The India Services Centre provides technical support to Novell’s global clients.
