In less than ten minutes, BINOCS users can run scenarios that give them visibility on how their workforce can respond to projected demand in the upcoming months. Unlike project planning tools, BINOCS manages the interaction between routine work and the project-related services that teams deliver.
BINOCS is intended for teams active in fields such as quality operations, R&D, engineering, IT, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, customer service, maintenance, logistics and distribution.
The first BINOCS web implementations have already started. In three projects, a total headcount of 600+ will be planned. With BINOCS, organizations can easily gain 5% to 10% in workforce performance.
In collaboration with two leading global companies, Bluegrass Consulting developed the first generation of BINOCS in 2013. The implementations were successful, and since then BINOCS features and the workforce capacity planning algorithm have been further optimized.
