This expo represents a perfect opportunity for Silver Fox to share their recent innovations to the Oil and Gas industry.
Silver Fox will be joining Arabian Falcon Electrical Equipment, their local distributors, in Hall 12 Stand 12061 to demonstrate their full range of labelling solutions.
Solutions include: Fox Flo® UV-stable, Low Smoke, Zero Halogen Tie-on cable labels, Legend™ LHZ2 Low Smoke, Zero Halogen Heatshrink and Legend™ LNST Non Shrink Tubing, as well as the Endurance® Range - including Pipeline Identification Tape, and Modular ID.
Long term durability is a key issue in the oil and gas industry. That’s why Silver Fox only ever use the highest grades of material and back this up by extensive independent testing in a number of key extreme conditions.
Fox-Flo® tie-on cable labels, for example, have been successfully tested for 8000 hours accelerated UV ageing according to ISO 4982 Part 3 Method A Cycle 1. This equates to around 12-16 years Northern European 6.5-8 years Tropical regions. The performance of the labels went so well that even after 8000 hours they remained fully flexible. They have also been successfully tested for halogens according to IMO FTPC Part 2 and 5. Other tests include IEC60068-2-5 Test Kb Salt Mist (Cyclic) severity 1 for salt mist spray.
Silver Fox also produce an innovative non-shrink tubing that has also been tested for salt mist spray and can be used as an alternative to heatshrink wire marking. One of the key benefits of this system is that no heat gun is required. Therefore simply print the label and slide it onto the wire and the special shape of the tubing will grip it firmly.
All these labels are printed through the Fox-in-a-Box labelling solution that makes it easy to produce and print and helps save a significant amount of time.
