MyBilet is one of the first e-ticket companies to operate in Turkey’s entertainment sector, and is selling tickets for the theatre, cinema, concerts, festivals and other events since 1998. It handles sales through the MyBilet.com website, on a series of mobile applications and at self-service kiosks located in 200 locations in 19 cities. In total, the company sells 37 million event tickets a year.
Reliable name for the best kiosks
The MyBilet kiosk project reflects Kiosk Innova’s engineering experience, which it has gained over the course of 10 years. Kiosk Innova's ticketing kiosks have been deployed to offer MyBilet customers a convenient way to purchase tickets using their credit cards. The self-service ticket kiosks allow customers either to print previously purchased tickets using a special PNR number or to purchase new tickets for events of their choice.
Dual display and multi-ticket printing features
The collaboration between MyBilet and Kiosk Innova has led to the deployment of dual screen kiosks throughout Turkey’s most prestigious shopping centres and in cinemas working in partnership with MyBilet. Aside from printing and selling tickets, the kiosks’ second screen offers a platform for advertising and showing movie trailers.
The kiosks are capable of fast and serial printing, and have heavy-duty performance. These kiosks can easily handle high volume transactions especially when multiple tickets need to be issued simultaneously, like at school events or public film screenings.
