In early July 2014, Fort Lauderdale based Lauderdale Marine Center completed the purchase of property on their eastern property line. The acquisition of Riverbend Marina further expands Lauderdale Marine Center’s coverage which is already the largest marine center in the United States.

The current tenants at Riverbend Marina will be continuing operations as usual. Lauderdale Marine Center offers their tenants the option to lease entire work bays or offices. The center allows for easy access and interaction between yacht owners, operators, service providers, and supply vendors. Even smaller marine businesses can have access to a world class client base without excess costs.

This is the second time Lauderdale Marine Center has purchased neighboring property. This brings the total acreage of the marine center to 58 acres.
