Halogen Software has been rated the top performing talent management vendor in the latest KLAS Human Capital Management report, which focuses on the healthcare provider market. Based directly on customer feedback, the ranking was announced in the KLAS report,“Human Capital Management 2014: Just Efficient Is Not Sufficient.” KLAS uses ratings from hundreds of healthcare providers to rank human capital management vendors, and in the talent management category, Halogen Software outperformed every other vendor.
The KLAS report states that Halogen has the strongest performance in talent management out of the vendors measured by KLAS, and “received one of the strongest votes of confidence among the vendors measured for its future vision.”[1]
The Halogen TalentSpace™ suite for Healthcare is used by hundreds of healthcare organizations, like Madison County Hospital, who has partnered with Halogen to execute a talent strategy aligned to its mission, and to address goals such as improving scores for the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey.
“I’m not surprised Halogen is recognized as a top talent management vendor in this report,” said Becky Rozell, Chief Human Resources Officer at Madison County Hospital. “Halogen has helped us to increase HCAHPS goal accountability and alignment within our organization and supported us in improving the employee experience at Madison County. Our employees understand the value of the work they do, and the impact it has on patient satisfaction. Halogen’s products and services are outstanding.”
In the talent management category of the report, vendors are measured on a variety of criteria including efficiency, customer confidence, cost savings and future vision.
“We're honored to be recognized as the top healthcare vendor especially because this feedback comes directly from healthcare customers,” said Donna Ronayne, VP of Marketing and Business Development, Halogen Software. “We’ve worked alongside our clients to evolve our talent management suite for healthcare and really focused on the talent management outcomes that matter most to their organizations from improving patient satisfaction, to nursing peer reviews, to timely reporting to support accreditation.”
