Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties has opened new offices in Goodyear and Cave Creek to serve its expanding roster of real estate sales executives and clients throughout Arizona. The company, formerly known as Prudential Arizona Properties, became a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate franchise in April.
“We feel the Berkshire Hathaway name can bring new opportunities for marketing as well as helping sellers and buyers in Arizona,” said Gordon Miles, president of both Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties and Nevada Properties. The firm’s Goodyear office is brand new and located at 1646 N. Litchfield Road.
“Our Goodyear office is conveniently located near the 10 and Litchfield Road,” said Miles. “It is a beautiful, brand new office. We are seeing quite a bit of excitement about this new location and have hired more than 50 experienced real estate sales executives in the past 30 days alone that will work there.”
Berkshire Hathaway’s Cave Creek office has been relocated to 36600 N. Pima Road in Carefree, also to accommodate the real estate firm’s expanding base of real estate sales executives. “The office is significantly larger to provide more work space and private offices,” said Miles. “It serves the Cave Creek, Carefree and Desert Mountain Country Club areas with a convenient location and state-of-the-art technology to help provide the absolute best service available.”
