With the release of MadgeTech Standard Version 4.2.1.0 and MadgeTech Secure Version 4.2.0.0 comes an abundance of new features and advanced statistics to provide users with even more tools for efficiency and time saving benefits.
This new version of both MadgeTech 4 Standard and MadgeTech 4 Secure software include four new major features; Value Lines, Time Markers, Independent Set Scales, and Workflows. These features greatly enhance the reporting capabilities and even allow for automating procedures.
With the addition of the Value Lines feature, users are now able to visually reference values within a graph report such as the calculated average, maximum, minimum or Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT) of the recorded data. Value Lines display as a horizontal line and can be labeled or color coded as needed. Users can also select any fixed value as desired for representation on the graph.
The Time Markers feature is used to indicate a number of specific points in time on a graph report or in a data table report. This can assist in analysis and clearly differentiate between different stages or segments within a process. Time Markers can be dragged to reposition on the graph report or locked in place.
The Independent Set Scale feature allows users to click and adjust the visual scale of each channel independently within a graph report. This enables the user to customize the view of a complex graph report containing multiple parameters of data to optimize the presentation and make it clear and easy to consume.
The Workflows feature introduces automation to the MadgeTech Data Logger Software. The Workflows feature allows the user to create, save and schedule tasks for managing devices and data. A Workflow can be configured to automatically start logging, create a report or download data at specific dates and times or when specified devices are connected to the computer. This feature streamlines the process of data logging, saves users time and energy, and keeps routine tasks consistent.
