In a bold move reflective of our changing times, Carrier Johnson + Culture, a global design, architecture and planning firm, is pleased to welcome Kristine Woolsey, AIA, NCARB, as director of the firm’s + Culture group, which includes interior design, branding, behavioral strategy and change management.
Kristine Woolsey joins the firm’s distinguished leadership team as a professor of architecture and business, an acclaimed researcher, behaviorist, sought-after keynote speaker (including TEDx), and renowned blogger. She has also been featured in national publications and media, including the Wall Street Journal, NPR, HR Magazine and CEO magazine. Woolsey works with business leaders to design behavioral systems that encourage self-managing teams and the creation or strengthening of culture. Peter Drucker, the well-known business strategist is known for his saying “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” and with the addition of Woolsey, Carrier Johnson + Culture has the ability to respond holistically to the challenges facing their clients today.
