MadgeTech is excited to announce the release of the AVS140-1 and the AVS140-6, Autoclave Validation Data Logging Systems featuring the HiTemp140 and the PR140 temperature and pressure data loggers and the MadgeTech 4 Secure Software with IQ/OQ/PQ workbook.
The AVS140 data logging systems are specifically bundled and tailored as a turn-key solution for users with autoclave and validation needs. This kit provides a complete set of tools to achieve the desired results without the hassle of coordinating components.
MadgeTech now offers two new Autoclave Validation Systems. The AVS140-1 system, a single logger solution, comes with one HiTemp140-1 High Temperature Data Logger complete with NIST certification, one IFC400 docking station and one MadgeTech Secure Software License with IQ/OQ/PQ validation workbook and protocols.
For more demanding autoclave needs, MadgeTech also offers the AVS140-6. This system comes with 5 HiTemp140-1 High Temperature Data Loggers and one PR140-NPT Temperature and Pressure Data Logger, all loggers with NIST certification. The IFC406 Multiplexer docking station and one MadgeTech Secure Software License with IQ/OQ/PQ validation workbook are also included with this system. The AVS140-6 comes with all components securely packaged in a sleek and protective aluminum briefcase, ideal for storage or transporting the system to multiple facilities or locations.
MadgeTech simplifies the task of meeting autoclave validation requirements and gives users the confidence they need by providing the right combination of tools and software to correctly monitor and document data for validation.
Both new systems include one or more of the HiTemp140-1 data loggers. HiTemp140-1 data logger features a 1” rugged probe style with very high precision and is designed for use in autoclaves and harsh environments. It is stainless steel and submersible, with the ability to sustain logging in temperatures up to 140 °C (284 °F) with an accuracy of +/-0.1°C (0.18°F). The device records date and time stamped readings and has non-volatile solid state memory that will retain up to 32,700 readings of data even if the battery becomes discharged.
The AVS140-6 system has 5 HiTemp140-1 data loggers and also has a PR140-NPT high temperature and pressure data logger. The PR140-NPT features a built in NPT port for easy adaptability. This solid and reliable data logger can withstand temperatures up to 140 °C (284 °F) with an accuracy of ±0.03 Bar (±0.435 PSI) and is completely submersible. The PR140 can be programmed to take readings as often as once per second (1Hz), and has non-volatile memory that can store up to 32,700 measurements.
The AVS140 systems come with either an IFC400 (single logger) interface or an IFC406 (multi-logger) docking station, both allowing for seamless communication with MadgeTech Software and fast download capabilities.
The MadgeTech Secure Software aids customers in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The software ensures standards in which electronic files are considered equivalent to paper records, saving time and effort. MadgeTech Secure Software contains criteria such as electronic signatures, access codes, secure data file, and an audit trail which meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and help provide data integrity.
IQ/OQ/PQ protocols are included with the purchase of the MadgeTech 4 Secure Software to validate that the software has been installed and is operating correctly. On-site support is available for IQ/OQ/PQ implementation and software training.
MadgeTech 4 Secure Data Logging Software (madgetech.com) is designed as an all-in-one package for storing files, creating formal reports, and performing in-depth analysis. Data downloading from data loggers is automatically saved to the internal file data base, ensuring original records are always maintained. Customizable graphical, tabular and statistic reports can be created to present to clients, auditors, or kept for a physical archive.
