Al Basel Real Estate Brokers, a leading real estate brokerage firm and a member of the Al Basel Group of Companies, has revealed crossing the AED 300 million sales mark for properties offered under Emaar Properties, a leading international residential and commercial property developer. In recognition of this landmark achievement, Emaar Properties has awarded the company with a ‘Platinum Award’ at a special event held recently at Emaar Pavilion, Dubai. The award was presented to Basel Al Kasem, Managing Director, Al Basel Real Estate by Ahmed Thani Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar Properties PJSC; and Robert Booth, CEO, Emaar Properties PJSC.
In 2013, industry experts reported key growth for the region’s real estate industry widely reflected in the large number of projects that were happening in the Middle East region. Looking to play a major part in this growth, Emaar Properties implemented various sales initiatives that were aimed at throwing the spotlight on its diverse portfolio of properties. Working in partnership with Emaar, Al Basel Real Estate targeted potential end-users and investors with the chief objective of encouraging them to invest in Emaar’s current development projects. The company was able to drive in investments from long term investors and end users majority of which were made up of VIP’s like members of royal families, elite businessmen, famous Arab actors and singers. These projects include The La Casa, Rasha, Lila, and Palma projects in the Arabian Ranches and the Stand Point, Fountain Views, Vida, Boulevard Point and Burj Vista projects in Downtown Dubai.
