Seattle, WA, United States, 2014/03/19 - Wisconsin-based QuadMed has entered into a strategic partnership with Stat Health Services, providers of Stat Doctors eHealth solution - StatDoctors.com / QuadMedical.com.

Under the agreement, QuadMed purchased a minority ownership interest in the company.

In 2011, EMP (emp.com) invested in Stat Health as a method of delivering high-quality, convenient, cost-effective care by EMP’s board-certified emergency medicine physicians through the use of innovative internet - and web-based technologies also known as telemedicine.
QuadMed (quadmedical.com) is a nationally recognized provider of onsite, near site and shared site employer-sponsored health and wellness solutions.
