All County® Chesapeake will soon open in Metro Baltimore, offering property management solutions for both owners and renters in Baltimore County and surrounding areas. Marie Beal owns the new location, along with her husband, Harvey. Both have spent years managing their own properties. Marie also brings 15 years of experience as the owner of previous businesses. The new franchisees say they were attracted to All County® Property Management because of the well-established network of support the company offers. Seeing the potential, the Beals offered their two adult children the chance to join in the partnership as well.
“Our children jumped at the opportunity,” said Marie. “It was very important for us to make sure we leave behind something significant to them later in their lives. This new business lets us do just that.”
