Baxter Planning Systems, the pioneer and recognized leader in inventory planning and optimization solutions, today announced its membership of the Service Industry Association (SIA), a non-profit association of enterprises involved in the support of high technology products. A global organization serving companies in North America, South America, EMEA and APAC, the SIA is dedicated to best practices in installed service for providers and consumers alike.
“We had our first exposure to the SIA late last year during a regularly scheduled roundtable,” commented Phillip Kennedy, VP Product Management for Baxter Planning Systems. “Then and now, we have been impressed by the level of participation and collaboration of industry leaders. Since becoming a member, we have had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with other executives to accomplish one of our own objectives, supporting the service industry in its initiatives and priorities.”
Baxter will participate in SIA’s annual Service Industry Executive Summit, March 30-April 1 in Las Vegas, to discuss imperatives in driving relationships, revenues, and results along with other leaders from around the globe.
