The Power Hour, a networking cocktail party that will feature influencers from various industries, will be held at Pure Lounge on 1326 U St NW, Washington, DC 20009. Tiffanie Wagner is a publicist, who strives to provide life-saving shelter and support for homeless women and children. She has also helped celebrity clients such as Doug E Fresh and Washington Redskins star wide receiver, Pierre Garcon with strategic planning. Ebonie Johnson Cooper is a thought-leader for African American millennial philanthropy, who connects with young black professionals through her for-profit organization, Friends of Ebonie, by raising social awareness, developing educational resources and facilitating events. She has been featured in The Washington Post, Huffington Post and Forbes. James Robinson is the founder of Kitchen C.R.A.Y (Creative, Revolutionary, Artistic, and Youthful) and is dedicated to supporting the DC community. He volunteers at a church in Gaithersburg, MD, where he prepares meals and trains others in catering, as well as teaches youth (ages 10-18) culinary lessons at Raising Expectations Inc. as a chef instructor. Matthew Talley is a marketing professional and founder of DMV Followers. Talley has worked with AT&T and recording artist Wale, as well as community outreach programs such as The Junior Board and Tony Lewis, Jr. & Son’s of Life. Lastly, Dominique Wilkins is an entrepreneur, who has worked with companies such as the Philadelphia 76ers, Enterprise RAC, and DLA Piper. His company, MyStudyRewards, helps people become lifetime learners.
